ข้อดีของการทำงานองค์กร

1. ฝึกวินัยในการทำงาน
2. ฝึกการจัดการความสำคัญในตำแหน่งหน้าที่ของเรา และองค์รวมของทีม
3. ฝึกความอดทน
4. ได้เพื่อนที่ทำงานสายงานเดียวกัน
5. ได้ Connection ที่อยู๋ที่บ้านไม่ได้เจอ

การที่เราทำงานประจำก่อนมาทำงานของตัวเองนั้นทำให้เราได้รู้ว่า บริษัทที่เขาทำงานกันอย่างมีวินัย มีความมุ่งมั่นจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติอย่างไรบ้าง

หากเพื่อนๆที่พึ่งเรียนจบใหม่ การทำงานประจำก็คือการเข้าไปเรียนมหาลัยอีกครั้งหนึ่ง  มี Boss เป็นอาจารย์ เพื่อนร่วมงาน เป็นมิตร (หรือเป็นศัตรู) ฝึกฝนชีวิตให้เก่งขึ้น

ความมุ่งมั่นและวินัย

ไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่ากวีท่านไหนเขียนไว้

การทำงานนั้นเราจะได้เจอ สารพัดผู้คน แต่อย่าลืมตัวตนและหลงระเริง

2. เลือกงานทีชอบทำ แล้วทำก่อนได้
3. เลือกเวลาตื่นนอนได้
4. ไม่ต้องเดินทาง

ข้อเสียของการทำงานตัวเอง

1. ทุกสิ่งไม่เที่ยง ไม่มั่นคง  (ไม่มั่นคง)
2. เหนื่อยกว่างานประจำ ปกติทำงานที่ตัวเองรับผิดชอบเป็นหลักเวลาทำงานประจำ แต่หลังจากมาทำธุรกิจของตัวเองแล้วก็จะรู้ แม่งต้องทำงานอื่นที่ไม่ชอบทำ
3. เงินลงทุนสำรอง  หากเงินลงทุนหมดต้องทำอย่างไร ธุรกิจมีความเสี่ยงสูงต้องระมัดระวังการใช้จ่าย ยิ่งช่วงที่กำลังเริ่มต้นมีค่าใช้จ่ายบานปลายหลายอย่าง

ความคิดของผมปัจจุบันนี้คือ Fail Fast จะได้รู้ตัวเองว่าอะไรดีที่สุดสำหรับชีวิตของตัวเอง

ชีวิตคือการเดินทาง สิ่งที่ผ่านมาได้เลือกได้ทำแล้วเป็นบทเรียนชีวิต

คนที่ลงมือทำ กับคนที่ดีแต่พูด ไม่เหมือนกัน
